Review Kenya Port Health requirements before travel and carry a valid yellow-fever certificate where applicable.
The simplest arrival route. Moi International Airport is roughly 25–35 km from Shanzu; allow time for luggage, transfer and registration.
Allow enough time for immigration, baggage collection, customs and terminal changes. Separate tickets create more missed-connection risk.
A practical option for delegates travelling through Nairobi. Build in road-transfer time at both Nairobi Terminus and Mombasa Terminus.
Plan rest stops and avoid arriving late or fatigued immediately before the welcome dinner.
Submit your full itinerary — arrival point, date, time, flight or train number and mobile contact — through the official delegate channel. A transfer is confirmed only after the organisers acknowledge the request and share a meeting point or driver contact.
